I had my '91 GT parked in my driveway during an ice storm (WHY??, I don't remember -- it should have been in the garage -- oh wait, I locked my keys in the car the day before, then the ice storm hit.) I have a big tree sitting on the corner of the lot. One huge limb of the tree fell parallel to the driveway and smashed the fence into the back yard. Was 2-3 feet from the car, smaller limbs from the limb were under the car -- luckily there was a big sheet of ice that protected the finish. I had just looked out the window and watched it fall.
