No problem.

Attach the latest version of your tune when you have a chance. I want to take a look at a few things.

Will do and upon taking the upper intake off there is a 100% chance I had an intake leak... grabbing parts and burger king then will have it all together in a hour. I'll send u that tune the second I get home

So i'll have to let you sort through the mechanical issues there as I can't help with that unfortunately.

But regarding the hot start issue. Here's where you can control the IAC opening percentage during crank.

So right around 70-80 degrees, it looks like you are at 80% duty cycle. But once warmed up at 175 degrees, you are only 40% duty cycle. You can try bumping that to 50-55% and see if it helps with hot restart.

If at any temp you get a giant flare rev on start to 1500+ RPM. you'll want to lower these numbers and smooth it all out.

And then here is your idle advance. As engine load increases, this will change timing to increase torque at idle. SHould help with stalling once fan comes on. Essentially if you have no torque at idle, it's timing related.

Yours is 15 degrees across the board. Essentially no advance.

Way this works is when the engine is idling, there's a specific idle state that's triggered.

I'm finishing up with it now, then I'll load the tune on it and let u know. Hopefully with these issues fixed the tuning will be a tad easier

SO i made some changes to both the above menus. SOmething to try but you'll need to be in front of it and make some tweaks.

Idle cranking/duty steps : Made some changes for more air at hot start
Idle RPM Advance Timing: Made a slight curve. 20 degrees as RPM gets down to 750, 15 degrees at 1100.
Closed Loop idle settings: Changes below

All good man. I don’t need anything here. Sorry to see you throw in the towel but I can totally see how this is frustrating for you.
