93 Gt - Brake Help

My 93 GT is having brake issues.

This weekend I upgraded to 04 Cobra front calipers, bleed the front brakes and it still does not stop well.

Below are the upgrades:

• Ranger Rear Axles / Drums
• SN95 Front Spindles
• 94 Brake Booster
• 93 Cobra Master Cylinder
• 99-04 Maximum Motorsport Brake Hoses
• 99-04 SVE Cobra Front Calipers
• 99-04 Drilled / Slotted Rotors

With the key on, the brake pedal almost mashes to the floor. It also did this with the SN95 calipers and rotors. I see no difference in the upgrade. Engine is built up with aluminum heads, e303 cam, Trickflow intake, AOD transmission and a few other upgrades.

I just bleed the front.
