93 Notch and New House 56k Suicide

Here's some phone camera shots of the 93. I finally got it running right this weekend.

These were taken at my Mom-in-law's house. Oh and it was washed 2 days ago and has yellow pollen all over it already in these pictures.

My new house and 12 acres- Land is down the street from my house. It will be developed.:

Came with another house that I have a construction loan with now (not the one I'm moving into).

Bought the house 80% completed (2400 sq ft) + 12.8 acres for $150,000 from foreclosure auction.

holy crap man what do you do for a living and how in the hell did you get 12 acres and that nice A** house for 150? i got my house which is 50 years old and 1.75 acres for 70. what do you do for a living again???

$150,000 wow nice find!!!

Like said before, in New England and the Jersey area (NY, CT, NJ, MA, etc...) 12.8 acres and a 2400 sq ft house, easily close to a mil! Hell our house is probably 3000 sq ft on 3 acres and is worth an easy 500-700,000!

I make almost nothing. My wife is a nurse and makes more than me. The thing is my Father-in-law is a builder. He lost the land and the house and I bought it back from the bank to save it and keep it in the family. That grey house IS NOT the house that came with the land, but IT IS the house I'm moving into
