Heck yea bud.. Congrats on getting the car running, and more importantly congrats on the property and home purchase. I have been debating moving someplace more affordable for about two years now... 12 acres would be NICE!!! You wont find that anywhere in florida... ;-) 150k will get you a condo.. thats about it... Orlando.. Home of the mouse...

Like said before, in New England and the Jersey area (NY, CT, NJ, MA, etc...) 12.8 acres and a 2400 sq ft house, easily close to a mil! Hell our house is probably 3000 sq ft on 3 acres and is worth an easy 500-700,000!

Thats a pretty broad statement. My brother just bought a 5 bedroom house on 10 acres in NY with 2 buildings on the property for 60 grand! Its up state NY in the middle of no where. NY is extremely large. So are the others!
