Engine 93 stock LS 302 when coal car starts and stalls.

Number 1 problem. 93 stock 302 when a Cold car starts and stalls,I can keep the RPMs of to keep it running runs rough.
Number 2 problem. Car runs rough like it has a 600 lift cam then after about 20 minutes of running rpm's slowly drop and then stalls.
Newbie to Mustangs and fuel injection any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance sincerely bill

In the 5.0 tech forums there is a technical thread/how to section, click on the surging idle checklist, read it over to familiarize yourself the gather up your tools and do it step by step, don't skip around, the next step depends on the one before. You guys with idle/stall problems could save a lot of time chasing your tails if you would go through the Surging Idle Checklist. Over 50 different people contributed information to it. The first two posts have all the fixes, and steps through the how to find and fix your idle problems without spending a lot of time and money. It includes how to dump the computer codes quickly and simply as one of the first steps. I continue to update it as more people post fixes or ask questions. You can post questions to that sticky and have your name and idle problem recognized. The guys with original problems and fixes get their posts added to the main fix.
