Like eades said it will not work even with the fox tbody swap. Over on superchargerhelp.com i read a thread about this subject. Someone made it work, but they needed to use a straight discharge blower, and some 90's to make it work. Seemed pretty complicated but doable. I would search over there. of course changing out the headunit is kinda outa the question for most people.
If you are good with aluminum, or know someone who is, making an aftercooler doesnt seem all that dificult. You would need to do the fox tb swap though.
if your really that serious about having an intercooler, i wouldn't get a vortech. i would go with a procharger. they are mounted on the left side of the engine. battery is relocated. the discharge tube wraps around to the front for the air-to-air intercooler, then to the intake. from what i see it is a really clean setup.

My shop Excessive Motorsport is going to install a ProCharger 3 core intercooler under my car with custom piping. It's not really hard to do at from what I've seen and it will look clean. I'm saving on doing it sometime in the summer and I'll post lots of pics afterwards. I was pretty bummed after learning the 94/95's don't have an aftercooler set-up. Intercoolers have a pretty wide price range on the Spearco site and it all depends on your budget and how much you can afford.
