yes along with a 3-2 port conversion, 94/95 master cylinder, modified or deleted stock pv, adjustible pv, adapted rear brake lines, e-brake cables, wheels. etc. I just did a 5 lug swap, definitely was not a simple bolt on swap.
I'm in the middle of getting the bits for my rear brake conversion and I picked up the Ford Racing M-2300-M kit and the M-2320-CR rear cobra calipers. Those two kits cover a lot of the bases that you will need.
