Ok here is a deal, yesterday I was in Norwalk OH (170 miles from my home) at FFW and last night I come back home tired, today I supposed to go on track in Thompson OH (75 miles) but I change mind this morning so I go to local track, this local track is piece of s*** because everybody run there .5 than one in OH because traction , mine last run in Thompson was 14.1@97 with 1.9 60ft ,on this track I run 14.9@92 2.1 60ft
So I come on this track , a few minutes later on this track come one guy with 01 T/A Firehawk, this car in 6 speed with stuf from the factory Hurst shifter, somekinda better cam, SLP catback and SLP ram air, better suspension and 17" Firehawk rims
So I ask him to race, he was with HOT girlfriend , because of her I have to race him even more :D
We do burnouts , I have Nitto DRs he have some firehawk tires on back (street tires) , we stage , you know what here is videos so I can shut up and let you guys se what happening
BTW I rece him two times

No offense, but I thought he'd own you big time. He should have a big advantage just on hp/torque alone, plus firehawks are supposed to have a decent suspension. By the looks of your start, he must have serious traction issues (bad tires/bad driver/too much throttle). Not to mention the weight of the vert (or have you reduced you weight a bit).

Not dissing your car.....you've got good mods. How much power are you putting down? A firehawk should be an easy 13 second car. You definitely beat him twice.

What did his girlfriend think? :)

Sorry to come across so negative, but that's not what I expected at all. Congratulations!

Thank you guys
One more thing , after those two runs he have 12 more , and he cut e.t. down to 14.98 ,I know he have traction issues BUT ON BOTH VIDEO I WON so what, I race him only two times and I beat him both times , do you remember The Fast and the Furious win is win, by mile or feat, who care if he have faster car if he can't drive :rlaugh:

Nice! Traction is key! I lost a few weeks ago to a cyclone... all due to traction. It was hard to compete against an AWD.

I was up at FFW on sunday. I went last year for the first time and I plan to make it a yearly thing. We go up and go to Cedar Point one day and to the FFW show the next. Its a great weekend.
