i think you have to imagine how ernan would say it. cause in his sig he ask to be excuse cause his english is bad. so i assume it would have to be read like with a heavy accent and in bad english.

I honestly don't know what it means....it just has a combination of awesome words thrown together that could take on so many different meanings.

My interpretation was rather sick....and I liked it.
