Engine 95 5.0 replacing 93 5.0 questions

Not exactly a mustang but still same general idea.
93 5.0 in f150 ate a plug, broke a valve and scratched up cyl wall on top of that cam was all scratched up.
I got a 95 5.0 out of another truck. Refreshed block new bearings rods/mains all new seals and head gaskets ford racing lifters and a timing set.

I was not aware they changed firing order after 93. Almost every where said it was old firing order. So it misses on 4&5. Plug 4 is soaked and 5 is dry.
Do i have to get a 93 cam or just get a pcm out of a 95? Any ideas? I am asking this here figuring it was same idea of a ho cam into a non ho 5.0 if it was just a pcm and plug wire change needed.

Sorry to ask here but f150.net was more interested in dizzy cam gear and wanting more info even tho i listed every thing i did. I listed how and when i changed out the broken dizzy so i wouldnt loose time with lifters and chain off of block, Even down to compression test with pics.

Sorry so long but any ideas or help would be appricated.

I do understand sequence and batch fires but it doesnt hurt to add that info in especially when figuring out a issue such as this.

I can pick up a 95 5.0 pcm out of another truck for $25 from a yard. I am hoping the 93 and 95 harness is the same and it was just different pcm program. If for some reason it doesnt work i will just rewire. Thankfully i have the old injector harness that came on the 95 motor.

This was compression on 5&4 so cam timing had to be lined up correctly.

Got some pcm diagrams. Black and white is 93 f150 5.0 it shows injector banks 1&2. With map sensor.

Color ones show a 95 with a map sensor and a clutch switch that also shows injector banks 1&2

Another color one shows the 95 with with a auto trans and maf with sfi.

1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 is old order. 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 is new order so i would just have to swap 5&3 4&7 injector trigger wires if i kept 93 pcm correct?

Ok truck is running with 93 pcm and 95 cam.

93 is map bank fire, 1 02 sensor.

95 automatic f150 5.0 is maf 02 sensors and sequential injectors.

95 f150 mt 5.0 is bank fire and map sensor.

1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 is old 93 order. 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 is new 95 order i just swaped 5&3 4&7 injector trigger wires along with 95 plug wire firing order and kept 93 pcm. No issues with 02 sensor on 93 because their is only 1 sensor before the cat so it controls both banks the same as before. I appriciate all the help and info. Hope this might help some others even tho its a f150 and not a mustang.

I went to see if i could use the harness that came off the 95 motor i had. Then it hit me when the trigger wire was not tan or white. Idk why i didnt see it or think it before but bank fire injectors only use 2 diff colors for trigger. Sequential is different color trigger wire for each injector. At least on the f series of this era.
