95 cobra upgrade to 2003 cobra wheels

sorry guys i think I posted this in the wrong section under svt tech anyways does anyone have any info on this setup I have a 95 cobra and i just picked up a set of 2003 cobra chrome 17x9 with eagle goodyear f1's tire size on all four is 275/40/zr17 is there any problems with rubbing on the quad shock or anything I should look out for I have a four year old in the car on the way to shows so I'm nervous any help would be great thanks Joe

No i have them too and they dont rub the quads at all, but they will rub the front control arms.

ok that was the noise I heard I went under checked everything and it looked like it cleared everything so they hit only when you cut the wheel super tight so it won't cause any damage right??? I love these wheels on the car and don't want to give them up have you had any problems on your car at all ?? thanks for getting back to me

heres a pic



They rub only the lower control arms on tight turns but doesnt cause any issues. Now if you use clip on weights (which I never do) it might pull them off. But no problems really

the rears will have no problems. the fronts won't damage anything at the speeds your turning at to get that much of an angle. you'll be fine.

thanks guys for all the help i love this wheel combo and didn't want to get rid of it
