I will be picking up a '95 GT vert on Sat. Running partially driving car.( just needs tail pipes and mufflers to be fully) Anywho, questions arise as I have never owned a vert and was curious as to what would keep the reart windows from going down if you can hear the motor engage? also same question with the top. the motor engages but the top doesn't move- seller said that it is just off track or something like that and is an easy fix... truth to this?

I doubt it's an easy fix or if it's easy it may be costly. Both rear windows won't retract? For the top it may be the hydraulics. Broken line? If you pull the rear seat (release clip is about the mid point of the seat on each side) and back it should be obvious if there is a hydraulic fluid leak.
