I am wanting to get a 95 cobra but I am begining to worry. I have seen posts on other sites kinda cracking on the 94-95. I have heard that the engine compartment is too cramped and when I have looked in some parts ads they never have superchargers listed for the 94-95 but they have all other years. Is that because there is not much room for them? I want to get a 95 because it was the last year of the 5.0 and 95 year model cars dont have to be emission tested in NC. Are there any reasons why I shouldnt get a 95?

Thanks for the help

Yes there are plenty of supercharges out ther for 94-95s the underhood room isnt bad at all, if so then every mustang from 94-04 will have the same problem because all the engine bays are the same size. They are a great platform for mods, they look good, and perform very well. Get one you wont be dissapointed.

Where do you live in NC. I'm here in Wilmington. I just bought a '95 Mustang GT 5 speed, and it's great. There are so many mods for this model year.
I would get it. I could not find a Cobra when I was looking. Good Luck!!

superchargers for 87-93 5.0s will not work on a 94/95, so it is a little harder to get one for our cars (since there were only 2 years made), but it is not difficult, and the price is about the same.

i am going the turbo route, because if you are somewhat mechanicallly inclined, you can be turbocharged for $2000 or less, depending on how much of it you can do yourself.

i had a 96 (4.6L), and i sold it to get a 95. there is alot more aftermarket stuff fot the 5.0L engine than there is for the 4.6L, and they prices are lower across the board.
