95 V6 to Carb'd V8 conversion. Pics inside of wires I can remove??

First up, as far as I know this is the main engine/trans harness. And I can take these and the ecu completely?

Next pic is of a harness that hooks to the stock radiator fan and the other to some box behind the coolant overflow. Can these be totally removed?

Then digging further can all the wires lined with red be removed? What is the black box right in front of the passeinger strut tower?

I still want the headlights, turn signals, etc to all work.

I would say that the black box in front of pass. shock tower is the TFI, but I think it's more towards the front of the car. I left my factory manual at home, but can check it later today if no one else replies. Do you already have a carburetor for it?
