Electrical 96 Cobra Electrical Issue

The Windows, windshield wipers stereo do share the ground behind the center console.

The AC may be a separate problem as things go wrong frequently for most any AC in an older car.

FWIIW, I don't see how a bad PCM could affect all of the mentioned subsystems AND the motor still start/run.
