I'm new to Mustangs but I have a great project lined up. A friend of mine is giving me a low mileage 99 Cobra 32V Long Block to swap into my 96 GT Convertible with a 4R70W automatic. The Cobra engine is complete except for the intake and front accesesories. What do I need to make this work in my 96GT?

Since your new I'll lay off on the search function at the top of the board.
Basically you need to source the upper and front accessories from a cobra or other 32v car. If you do actually search you will find a ton of threads about the exact same thing and its been covered quite well.
Your coil pack system will work but you will have to get your computer reflashed to make it run the 32v. You have to lengthen some (if not all) of your injector harneses. Lots of work involved. The trans will bolt right up as they all have the same mounts and such.
