96 gt with blown engine

I recently wreaked my 98 crown vic with 01 mustang gt engine, so I bought a 96 mustang gt with a blown engine with t45 trans for 1000. I plan on swapping the pi motor from my crown vic to the mustang, is there any extra parts that I'd need to make this work besides a tune?

If you use the 98Mustang GT ECU you will have to keep the coil pack ignition. If you're using a PI ECU then make sure it is COP style ignition. That is all I can think of for now.
