96GT to 93 LX 5.0 suspension swap questions

I recently purchased a 1993 LX 5.0 and I want to change it over to 5-lug, for bigger brakes and wheels. I have a 96 GT that has 99 cobra wheels and front brakes, Tokico 'Bullitt' Struts & Shocks, BBK lowering springs, MM Caster/Camber plates, MM bump steer tie rod ends, and new bushings and ball-joints in the front lower control arms. As well as the entire rear diff/brakes/control arms.

Can I take everything from the caster/camber plates to the lower control arms and fit it all onto the front end of a 93 Foxbody?
what would be my most likely issues, if any?

Also what E-brake cable do I use for the rear?

I'd almost move over the entire subframe if I were in your position. Only I don't know how the SN95 subframe would work in a fox.

You CAN use:
wheels
front brakes
front spindles
front struts
front & rear springs
front bump steer kit (only if you use the inner tie rods too since the threads are metric, or may require swapping the whole rack)
rear shocks
rear brakes
rear axle (housing is same width 79-98 but 96 axles are 1.75" wider per side)
rear control arms (bolts may be different sizes)

You CANT use:
kmember (it is for a 4.6 engine)
control arms (they would push the wheels out too far)
caster camber plates (shock towers are different)

as for the ebrake cable, you need 2 F3ZZ-2A635-A rear cables (since you have a 93) and an M-2809-A front cable.

Thank You. That is exactly what I was looking for.

So I will get the 3 bolt C/C plates and the bump steer kit for a fox instead just to make it easier. Can I use the 96GT ball-joints so that I dont have to use spacers?

So really the only thing I wont be swapping is the front LCAs.

Now about ride height. Im ok if it looks stock, lower would be nice, but I really im hoping it doesnt look lifted up. Any issues with that, that you have heard of? Also, how concerned should I be about the longer struts/shocks on a fox with 96+ lowering springs?

The 96 ball joints will work, IF they fit your arms. I think I had had oversize 87-93 ball joints installed in my arms, therefore the 94-up joints just fell out, because the holes were too big then. Ride height should be ok, but the ride might be stiffer, since the springs are designed for a heavier car. As for the longer struts, the CC plates should come with spacers to change the length of the attached strut rod. You should probably keep the proper size rear shocks though.
