98 Cobra sputters between 1k and 2k

Heys wats up guys ive been having a little problem going on i go a 98 cobra with 75k on it only mods are o/r x pipe and catback exhaust, and k&n airfilter.. it also has a 160 degree thermostat in it... the car bogs down between 1k and 2k and when at idle it idles low and sounds like its cammed haha after 2k theres no problem and the problem usually goes away when the car warms up but sometimes when warm it persist any help would be much appreciated

Check vacuum lines around the intake manifold. Not sure about the 4.6's, but on my 95 GTS vac lines contribute VERY much to my bog down at low RPMs, and rough idle. Check lines for any breaks, and get them replaced.
