Today I noticed that there's vapor coming out of both of my pipes but the passenger side has excessive amount (almost as if it is smoking). I do believe it is vapor and not smoke, it's not super thick. It does that even when the engine is warm and I have been driving for 10-15 min. It does so only in cold weather though.
I know there is supposed to be vapor coming out of the pipes after a cold start because of the condensation but the excess kind of bothers me.
I checked the coolant and oil levels, they seem okay and coolant is not milky or anything like that. I don't have catalytic converters either if that affects the above at all.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Unless you're losing coolant or oil I wouldn't worry. Without the cats you have cooler exhaust so it might just be causing the vapor to be a low quality mixture (water vapor with higher than 100% relative humidity but not quite condensing visibly).
