98 mustang with 99 bumper?

First of all im not much of a forum person and i tried googling but maybe my words are off of something. Basically i like the rear exhaust holes on the 99-04 bumper and im either looking to see if anyone has put a 99 bumper on a 98 or of the same gen or if there is a bumper you can easily buy? Basically i want my exhaust tips to fill the hole like on the new edges since the 98 just has them like hanging and you can see alllllllll the tip

Suggestion. Try going to car-part.com and enter the part that you are interested in. Look at the list of cars and model years that come up. This will give some idea of the other "applications" that could supply the part in question.

This will also give you an idea of what salvage yards in your area have the part as well as how much they are asking for it.

The salvage yard industry is very good at this sort of "interchange" information.
