99-04 projectors or reflectors

Hi, Can some of you guts give me info on the best quality headlamps please. I had a set of halo projectors in the car when I bought it and they were horrible, water and mositure got in them and the light emission was not much better than a flashlight. I bought a set from a guy on ebay that were MUCH better and would like to buy the same set again but can't remmember what brand they were. Car and a deer tried to mate on the road so now I need new ones. Thanks
