Well I was wanting to get a little more punch in my 99 Mustang V6. Im not looking to go all out on a system since im not really planning on having the car long enough to spend a ton on a stereo system. I wouldnt mind something in the range of the Mach 460 or little better.
Q's
Is it easy to upgrade to a mach 460, ebay has parts for it all the time? I see the rear deck assembly for like 60$ all the time with the 2 amps, 2 6x8's and the tweeters. Im assuming a new wiring harness may be nessesary, but where does it run through?
Does my current Tape Deck/bottom CD player support the Mach 460?
What would be equivilent to a Mach 460, just a new set of 6x8's and speakers up front?
My main thing is I would like to stick with the stock head units or unless get mach 460 head units if they are different to maintain the stock look. im not really into most of the flashy decks these days and like I said I dont wanna go all out on this system.
lost my train of thought but if i have more questions ill throw them at ya.
