99 E 350 V10 Alignment

Hello

I know its not a mustang but I need some advise. My van needs a front end alignment bad and I was told it was going to run about 600 bucks to have it done. Something about shims being needed. I just want to make sure im not getting hosed.

yep they want to ream you pretty bad the thing that they are talking about is the original factory alignment shims need to be removed and sometimes it takes a torch to take they out thats why they want to charge you that more an aligment like that usually runs from 60-150 dollars parts and labor included unless you need ball joints tie rods ect.

Go to Sears to get it aligned...they are alot cheaper because they don't go per hour of labor...They still have prices set from 10 years ago.
