Hey guys,
Just wanted to start my progress build on here that I've been working on for almost 7 years. I've learned so much from mistakes and this build that I know quite a bit about cars in general. Below is a list of mods currently done to the car. My mustang is currently at my dads waiting to get the engine pulled so I can take it to a local shop to have rebuilt. I plan on pulling the motor once we get our 12 ton lift put up that we purchased back in the summer. I'll make sure to post picks as I go. Right now I'm currently acquiring all the parts for a complete new engine rebuild. The mods below I currently have done to it.

Current Engine Mods
Trickflow 44 CC Heads
Stage 3 Comp Cams XE270Ah
Typhoon Intake Manifold
CL 75 Throttle Body and Plenum
Cold Air Intake
3000 Bama Air Mass Meter
Steeds Pulleys
Long Tube Headers
Flowmasters X Pipe
47lb Ford Racing Injectors
Edelbrock High Flow Fuel Rails

Drivetrain mods include
Lightweight flywheel
Stage 3 clutch
Aluminum driveshaft
4.10 gears
QTP Exhaust Cutouts

I'm still on the stock 245 inch tires and will replace with some better stickies before next summer.

I'm self taught on tuning by using the SCT tuning software I purchased last winter. Been a long time coming but got my stang dialed in before my piston rings starting going. The car has 158,000 miles on the pcm but only 98,000 on odometer. I believe someone rolled back the odometer on it. The pcm seems factory so I assume the motor has 158000 miles on it. I'm surprised the motor held up for this long with the mods I have on it. It dyno'd 300 rwh 2 years ago and that was with an intake manifold leak and compression at 8.

Upcoming Mods
I've received my full forged internals from Modmaxracing aside from the wiseco pistons, due to backorder. My compression will be 10.8 so I can run low boost if I plan to turbo or supercharge it down the road. Probably will stay NA though. The items needing to purchase are below for the complete rebuild.

Gasket kit
Timing chain kit
High flow water pump
High flow oil pump
Radiator
Motor mounts

After I have my engine back together my next steps are the suspension which I already have the build list set up to get through American muscle. I plan on having the suspension done next winter. Right now I'm working on making it lighter by removing the radio and speakers, they sound like crap anyways and the sound of my exhuast is better. Putting some lighter seats and deleting the rear seat. I'm keeping the AC since I drive it mostly in the summer. Still debating on removing and replacing the front crossover since the engine will be out. Will save me about 80lbs I've heard. This thing should push over 400 rwh when its complete. If not it will be close and alot lighter. I'll have videos and pictures posted as I go. Most of the stuff will be on my YouTube channel. I'll provide a link to the videos as I go from there so you guys can subscribe and follow along. Below is a few pictures of it currently.

New update! I managed to remove my radio from the dash which was a real pain. I didnt have the tools needed but managed to use Allen keys to slide in the holes to release the radio. Got a little banged up and had to force it out but I got it. The radio's in these years are horrible. I plan on putting a 3 guage pod in the bottom hole and putting a black plate with a chrome mustang emblem in the other. Will look real nice and sleek. I didnt manage to remove the other speaks since the door covers have to be removed, but plan on doing that next.

I did manage to take a peak at a few parts I received from Mod Max Racing of my forged internals. I got my bearings, rods and forged crankshaft. Still waiting on my backordered pistons. Once I have everything ordered I'll begin the engine removal process. I still have to order my timing kit and gasket kit. I also need a new water pump and oil sending unit.
