When I'm using my defroster or a/c...my idle will go down and make the car run rough..i dont really care about that part but when i'm driving and the compressor happens to be on when i push in the clutch and go to shift..the idle will drop down real low and sometimes the motor will stall...what causes this? I would assume the computer isnt raising the idle but what would fix that? Thanks

IAB -Idle Air Bypass (AKA IAC - Idle Air Control) that controls the amount of air that bypassesthe throttle butterfly. This actuator controls the idle speed under computer command by allowing more metered air into the intake manifold. Remove and clean it with Throttle Body Cleaner. Clean the electrical connections for it at the same time.
