I've owned my 2000 GT for almost 2 years and I've had this problem ever since I bought it. The problem is that the condensation from the A/C drips on the passenger side exhaust manifold. Whenever I run my A/C for a while and then get out and close the door I can hear a sizzle sound from the condensation dripping on the exhaust manifold. I took my stang up to a dealer to get it checked out and they told me this is normal which is a pile of crap :bang: . Surely the condensation shouldn't be dripping on hot parts. Is something clogged up? Is there a fix for this problem? Thanks guys.

yeh you cannot rerout the ac drain hole. It is were Ford put it and thats where it will stay. You might be able to put a small piece of tubing over the ac drain and route the water away from the manifold, but I would just leave it how it is.
