a few mods, a few questions

Your new Maf will work just fine.
-What plugs would you suggest?
Autolite plugs are about the best for 5.0's. I would go one heat range colder than stock.
-Besides the gasket for the manifold and the one from the upper to lower, what else do i need to install this intake. Everything swaps right over correct? You will need the head-to-lower manifold gaskets (one per head), as well as the throttle body to intake gasket (that may be what you meant above). Otherwise, everything transfers over.
-will my boost pressure drop becuase of the larger volume of the cobra intake vs the stock one?
If you changed your cam, I would say definitely. With just the intake, I would think you would stay the same.
