a freind needs help

is there like spacers that i can use other then those adapters. someone told me that i can't race or go over 100mph on the adapters is this true. is there anything else that i can use. is there a company that makes ones that you can race on drag or road race. oh thanks l8 musl for the link to kar kraft.
