Actually, if you read through the LS1tech thread for a while, you'll see that he barely spent any money at all. He had a wrecked vette and a civic hatch that he didn't even spend $1000 on combined and just decided to make a monster out of them. He pretty much fabricated everything and even put the vette's interior in the civic. He's obviously really good at this type of thing.

I'd paint it orange and turn it into the General Lee.

Then go out and race V-tec's that never have mechanical defects.

reguardless of what it has in it, i still looks like a Civic. Civics have one purpose and thats is to be well civic, to commute to and from work effeiciently. They do that better then any car I know. Anything more then that is just retarded like this car.

Props to the guy....that's some nice fab work and a job well done. Would I personally use a Vette engine in that way, no. But I can still respect someone with some skill.

If I had a wrecked Vette motor....I'd have to put it in one of these. 0-60 3 seconds, 1/4 11.0 @ 132.

haha, yep. But it'd still be fun to put the stock 14" wheels & hubcaps on this thing and take it out for a night to see the looks on people's faces.

now the same thing as the Civic though. Thats a Nissan Siliva I think. RWD from the factory. Somewhat of a performance car as well. No different then shoving on in a RX7.

Hey, I don't blame the RX7 guys for putting something more reliable in their cars.
