A9P or A9L Which is better?

How about we get back to the topic at hand rather than who knows more than whom before an otherwise informative thread winds up shut down.

A9P computer has a higher timing curve, if using a A9P ECM in 5 speed car leave clutch position switch unplugged. Only plug in engine start switch has red/blue wires that goes to starter solenoid on fender wall.

Why leave it unplugged? Its not going to hurt anything being plugged up. So I'm curious to know your reasoning.
