? about transmission removal

Try putting a piece of wood on the front of the motor and use a jack to tilt is back slightly. I was on the oil pan and was able to move the engine enough.

Question...all three bolts off of the starter and the starter removed?

well I got the tranny out and it was the plate that is in front of the clutch or the clutch sheild that I didnt take off.

but now my question is if I should change my clutch here are some pics along with the flywheel.

the recipt on the clutch is for 8/24/03 before I bought the car and It prolly has about 10k on it

what do you all think

and BTW thanks for all the help on the removal

i would. Amount of work it needed to get to where you at now, it'll be stupid not to. And Flywheel looks like crop too....

New centerforce with ligther flywheel man!

what are some good clutch choices I dont want to be broke but ill prolly get a fidanza flywheel and some kind of clutch maybe another centerforce.

i like my FRPP clutch
By the way, if, and i emphesize "IF", pressure plate is in good shape, you might just be able to buy clutchplate alone? I don't know if its worth takin chance with old stuff...

where did you get that clutch or are you talking about the king cobra clutch kit.
