I feel like a ticket for chirping into second would be semi-easy to fight... You can say that you missed the shift and the engine revved high and the RPMs hadn't dropped enough by the time you popped it back into gear...

The US stands for FREEDOM……………come…on…, I should be able to accelerate my car as fast as I want as long as I don’t go over the speed limit. I tell you when I here things like this it just tickets me off.

The US stands for freedom to act like a dolt and to live with the consequences.

I tell you when I here things like this it just tickets me off, too; and I exit, laughing.

Darwin was right. Thank goodness.

Better to get nailed for excellerating to fast than wreckless op. Wreckless op is worth 6 points here in Ohio, or at least it use to. It's been a while since I've been in the court system, so I don't know if thats changed or not. Maybe it was 4 pts, thats why they use to bargin dui's down to wreckless op, cause the dui was 6. It's all about the money anyway, if know one got tickets the city would go broke in a week. Thats why there's a bar on every corner, dui's are big business and a real money generator for the city. Drag racing also carries a big fine and 6 pts. Safty issue's are important, but they do go over board with a tire screetch, loud mufflers and what have you to raise some revenue.
