Sorry for the confusion - I guess this was directed at me. I never threw any codes, but my dyno sheet, before the induction stuff, was 15:1 at around 3K. Knowing (or finding out after I bought it) that the C&L MAF simply leans you out, I got worried and had to yank it...ck my sig.Ken01GTvert said:I put PC680 in a couple of weeks ago. I weighed them before and found that stock battery was 35lbs and PC680 was only 15lbs. I got the best deal off of ebay. Also, I see that you have C&L inlet pipe and MAF. I used to have the same setup but after putting on the bigger TB and Plenum I started throwing codes (lean). I removed the C&L MAF and the codes cleared up. I was wondering if you ran into the same problem and if so how did you fix it?
Many people warned me that it would burn a piston or something. Hmmm, I really wonder now...I wonder how lean I was during actual driving, as the dyno figure can be misleading. The car ran great with the C&L MAF, but honestly, I've hardly lost any power going back to the OEM MAF. Still, I'd like to put it back on. In the meantime, I've been polishing the outside of it...and I'm almost done...! How did yours run with it, and how does it run now? Any SOTP power loss after removing it?The C&L 80mm MAF still works well on my wife's 01 with the mildly tuned, older Diablo chip.
