Accufab 70MM TB & Plenum

I put PC680 in a couple of weeks ago. I weighed them before and found that stock battery was 35lbs and PC680 was only 15lbs. I got the best deal off of ebay. Also, I see that you have C&L inlet pipe and MAF. I used to have the same setup but after putting on the bigger TB and Plenum I started throwing codes (lean). I removed the C&L MAF and the codes cleared up. I was wondering if you ran into the same problem and if so how did you fix it?
Sorry for the confusion - I guess this was directed at me. I never threw any codes, but my dyno sheet, before the induction stuff, was 15:1 at around 3K. Knowing (or finding out after I bought it) that the C&L MAF simply leans you out, I got worried and had to yank it...ck my sig. :D Many people warned me that it would burn a piston or something. Hmmm, I really wonder now...I wonder how lean I was during actual driving, as the dyno figure can be misleading. The car ran great with the C&L MAF, but honestly, I've hardly lost any power going back to the OEM MAF. Still, I'd like to put it back on. In the meantime, I've been polishing the outside of it...and I'm almost done...! How did yours run with it, and how does it run now? Any SOTP power loss after removing it?
The C&L 80mm MAF still works well on my wife's 01 with the mildly tuned, older Diablo chip.

i just installed the accufab plenum and 75mm t/b this weekend too. along with bbk lt's, o/r h, flowmaster catback, and centerforce clutch and flywheel. Now-since i did it all at once i cant tell you how much of an improvement with just a single item...BUT i can tell you that this car is MUCH faster now. It had to have picked up a LOT of power. Torque seemed to go way up. Hell, before those mods, id be at a slow roll in first, stomp the gas, and it would load up and accelerate. Stomp the gas at a first gear roll now, and it just lays down rubber. Plus, the car will chirp the tires when i shift hard into fourth now-which it didnt before.

Ok, so you and I experienced the same problem. I thought you had a Diablo chip installed and was wondering if you were able to compensate for the lean condition caused by the C&L MAF. I plan to get a tune soon and will put my C&L MAF back on. If it's still running lean or doesn't give me any added hp over my stock airbox with K&N then it will go up on the block at ebay. Looks like Rocketman hasn't had the same problem (lean) that we've gone through since he has BBK CAI installed.
