Accufab 75mm tbody and tps fitment

So I'm trying to finish my build up with this accufab 75mm throttle body. I screwed the motorcraft tps down and it pushes the throttle blade shaft causing it bind! I don't see a gasket online anywhere... what am I doing wrong here? Can I simply add thin washers? Thanks in advance.

Slot the screw holes in the TPS.

Nevermind, I misunderstood. I thought it was holding the blade open.

I need a new TPS and I believe I have one from Autozone. I have a 1992 5.0 The number on the TPS says #E6AF-9B989-CA It never fit tightly in the hole where the TPS connects to the Throttle body. Is this even the right one. According to 5.0 resto it is for a 86-88 mustang. So my question...

You gave me an idea. I had an extra iac gasket that fit the center of tps perfectly, so I made a gasket out of it.

Are you sure you have it installed correctly? I have the exact same setup, and there’s no problem.

I don't see a wrong way to install it honestly.

Last one I did was a little firm too , was a first for me.

I worked the body of the TPs back and forth with no screws to just clearance the plastic a bit and the binding stopped
