I run the 90mm race with the blank 3/8" plate which acts as your throttle cable brackets. I believe my 90mm race has a 102mm opening, necks down to 90mm to create the swirl effect. I love the throttle body, very happy so far.

Just ordered the 75F from www.JDSperformance.com

For $237 with no S/H. The only place I could find it without the extra $$ of the EGR spacer. I ordered the plate from UPR Products.

I was going to get the other stuff from a junk yard, but for now does anyone know where I can get the IAC piece?
Thanks
RC

I bought a used polished one off of eBay. Do a search for "polished IAC" and you'll get a couple hits

I picked up a new IAC direct from Ford, along with the TPS sensor and TPS sensor harness and spliced it into my current TPS harness.

Yep, but you will need the Male pigtail from Ford as well. Luckily now Ford sells all the stuff you need.

1. Do you have a P/N or picture of that piece? I dont know what to ask Ford for specifically when I go there.

2. Do you know if they sell the gasket for the IAC? I may need one if I buy a used IAC and return the new one.

Thanks
RC

I couldn't find this gasket when doing this job, so I ended up buying some material from Autozone and cutting my own. It's an extra 20 minutes, plus for the same deal you'll have plenty of extra for any other odds and ends gaskets you'll need.

RC. Just tell Ford what you need. About 2 year ago they started selling everything you need. I buy pigtails from them all the time for my car.

Should be the right one. You'll cut your connect off and splice that new one into your harness. I can't remember which color wire goes to wire new wire. Do a search if you can't find the answer I will take a look at mine.

Suprised the Ford parts didn't help you any. I purchased 3 different pigtails about two years ago to replace some worn out parts. Picked up a new pigtail for the electric fan, the TPS pigtail and AIT pigtail.

To get the IAC gasket you need to get an intake set for a Fox....MS93334 is the Fel-Pro P/N...You also get the dizzy o-ring...

RC. I am willing to bet that the throttle body comes with a new IAC gasket.

Actually I have one from the IAC I bought, but need to return it since I bought a POLISHED IAC from EBAY. The Ford dealer DOES have that gasket though for $1.62 in case the TB doesnt come with it. Thanks for all the help. This piece will look nice with my new xxxxxxx Im working on!

Finally got mine in yesterday...WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PIECE!!!

The finish looks like chrome...not even polished. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a "show" engine bay. The piece is nice, and converting to a Fox Setup will clean the area up a bit. Cant wait to get it on, but with the other stuff Im doing may be a couple of months.

BTW...it DID come with an intake and IAC gasket!
