I still need to relocate my ACT and since I have a supercharger now, should it go in the boost? If it was in the intake before then I think it should be, but I'm not sure, so I'm asking....

In the airflow just before the TB. That way it gets the actual air temperature of the compressed air and adjusts the mixture accordingly. You may need to splice & extend the ACT wiring to get it to reach.
