adjustable pedestal mount roller rockers

I have a buddy with a set of rockers that are "bolt down" pedestal mount that have adjusters on the back to allow for adjusting preload at the pushrod cup. The only thing they have on them is F72 stamped I believe on top. Anybody know anything about them? Who made them and if they are any good?
He isnt too good with forums and asked me if I would see if I could get any info on them.
