Just trying to find out how to adjust my air/fuel ratio. I've got a Pro-M 75mm mass air calibrated for the 24lb/hrs. Do I need to get a tuner?

To adjust the air fuel ratio, adjust the fuel pressure or adjust the injector pulse width within the computer.
