adjusting valves with an advanced cam

Tell you what I do, I turn the engine over and watch a cylinder. When the intake valve closes on that particular cylinder, I turn it over just a bit more, then adjust both valves. That way you know your piston is on it's upward compression stroke, and both valves are on it's base circle.

Well, it was out of commision for about 8 months and was run with stock heads last year, so it's hard tell cuz it does sound different with the AFR's and can't really remember how different it was from last year. Still has a nice lope when idling though. I think I could gain some HP switching to a better cam and a RPM upper.
