Man!! WTF?! Wash your damned hands!! 
I mean seriously.... I don't understand the obsession with covering license plates with your finger/thumb/hand with the availability of the edit function on digital devices in the first place. But come on, have a little more self respect than that! You're trying to sell something, leave your body parts out of the picture!!
Speaking of digital devices.... I also don't understand - for the life of me - how anyone, other than a scammer, can post a screenshot of a picture WITHOUT posting the actual picture that they screenshotted in the first place!

It's "numbers matching" so it's totally worth $16k, right?
Just from the pictures:
A/C is missing, (evaporator box is there, so it was obviously a factory A/C truck). Fuel system has been hacked up (plastic see-through filters and rubber hose weren't factory). Battery cables have likewise been butchered. Paint is shot. Fugly aftermarket wheels. It's a long bed, so most people don't want it to begin with. The windshield is shattered. The steering wheel is from a square body GMC. Those toolboxes and the headache rack have been bolted on, meaning welding and body work to fix the holes. It has rust. And the exhaust is aftermarket and leaking.
