a lot of people get very good gains with an h/c/i swap. like 60+ i'd say but i wouldn't really know since i'm basically stock for the moment

Jake is not in the "typical" results band though. His is ~150HP over stock flywheel numbers.
The 60-80HP I posted is what I have seen in RWHP numbers.

yeah, it is totally impossible to really guess power levels from a H/C/I swap. Especially with an FTI setup because every cam is going to be different. Therefore yielding different peak numbers. But you must remember, that it is not PEAK numbers that make a fast car. People who know there stuff will agree that its the area under the curve that really matters.

I put up my chart in the last day or so if you want to see what I guess would be described as typical results with a AFR/FTI combo.
