Well I took the whole thing out today. Took out the bulbs and tried to blow dry the water out but its stuck between the inner and outer side light? I drilled a tiny hole atop and bottom of the lens but I'm not sure If i made it worse or better. I didn't think about it till I drilled the holes! THE WARANTY! DOH!

O well I'm out on this one. I may call the junkyard to see if they have a replacement lamp, cus I'm not paying ford 300$ for a plastic headlamp assembly

Any after market ones ya'll recommend that doesn't look ricy?

34 dollars for shipping !!!! Ive heard the aftermarket ones can get condensation in them and water in them, but if I were you, id look for someone getting rid of their stock 01+ ones like I did.

$300 - yikes, I would either. But I did pay 90.73 to Liberty Ford, thru Randy Stinchcomb of www.modulardepot.com for one a couple weeks ago.

Get Ford quality headlight - you won't be disappointed.
UPS shipping from MD to FL was 3 days and a bargain. $14.46 for a headlight, 2 grill delete kits and various other hardware in one box and a (small mattress) sized box holding my unbent Mach 1 chin spoiler. Sweeet Deal - Randy is the best! :nice:
