i was replacing my driver's side door door handle on my 90 lx today and when i removed the door panel i discovered something i didn't even know i had... door speakers! i bought the car new and never noticed any sound coming from there so i assumed the car didn't have them. the car still has the same 16 year old premium sound speakers from the factory. i turned the radio up and could barely make out some noise coming from the speaker. i am amazed the cone didn't turn to mush when the car was flooded. now i need to buy some new door speakers to go with the new sony cd player i installed recently. does anyone know what size they are? the more i drive this car the more i love it. gotta love a stang.
after ownign my mustang for over 16 years it still surprises me...
