aftermarket clutch?

Well I am going to be needing a new clutch. I plan on staying with in the 350-400hp area for about 6 months then starting h/c/i to really set my s/c off. So what kind of clutch should I be looking at? Spec 3 is all i have hear from a few buddies but i though some of you might know something else that might be better. THanks

i personallt like the 2/3 hybrid clutch from spec drove my buddys car with it and its very nice drove a stage 3 and it is also good but alot like on/off switch


i think its a stage 3 clutch with stage 2 pressure plate.

if i get a spec stage 3 can i still use my stock fly wheel?

I have an old design spec stage 3F and it stuck on me the other day. I had to pull the tranny out and un-stick the disc from the flywheel. When I talked to the guys at spec they said they don't make them like mine is anymore. Seems like it was a pretty common problem.

I don't see why you couldn't use your stock flywheel with thier clutch.

I destroyed 3 C/F D/F's in a matter of months.

I may be a little harder on my clutches than most. I gess it depends on what he wants to do with his car.

I'm on my second CF DF in my second car, never had a hint of a problem with either! And by no means baby my car (Accept for the daily car wash).

You really must drive the living @#$% out of that car!!! Well thats what there made for

I don't drive me car a lot since my bike gets 40-50 mpg but when i do, its like drag/road racing

OH I DO!!!!! That was back in the lower HP days too!! 5500 rpm launches or bust (or mabey that should be and bust )!!
