I'm currently in the hunt for an aftermarket intake for my Gt. There are a few different intakes out there now, Trick Flow, Reichard Racing, Foxlake etc. I'm wondering which would be the better intake to go with on a supercharged application. I currently have a P1SC on my car now but i'm wanting to go to a D-1. Does anyone have any information, "good or bad" about these intakes? Thanks

For the money, I'd take a look at the HPS HardballR intake. No modding, direct swap, and it's port-able.

If money isn't a concern then go with a P-51 or Bullitt. Just really depends on what your goals are and what you want to spend.

Are you looking for off-idle power and torque or power more in the higher rpm range? Some of the aftermarket intakes are really targeted towards high rpm motors. I'm sure you can find a Bullitt intake cheaper than a new Trick Flor or Reichard and with some porting I bet it will work nicely.

Anyone use a Professional Product kit????

They have the intake, T-bdoy and plenum available. I would like to add just a few ponies to the 4.6L 2V that I put in my notch. That seems to be the cheapest intake, and it looks good too.

I've heard soooo many horible things about the PP intake it's enough for me not to even give it a second look. Poor fitament, warped deck surfaces, less than stellar numbers. I'd spend the little extra on something else thats been proven.
