I've done searches etc...

I currently have the CF Mach hood, and the coating is chipped/cracked to hell. The CF is perfect still. It's fine for racing, but I'd like my car to look good too. Any way google, mach 1 registry, etc... have yielded 0 results.

I'm looking for a replacement Mach 1 hood either CF or Fiberglass. Any one know any suppliers? The company I got the Mach hood from no longer sells them, and won't respond to my calls about the cracking.

No local companies will work on the cracks I do have. I know I could always fill it in with something and then have it painted, but the problems would resurface down the road.

If I can't find anything I think I'll ditch the shaker and go with a cowl hood. Weight was the reason I switched, now price is keeping me from keeping what I think is a bad ass look. Even with a 200 dollar discount off of what Ford wants for an unpainted hood, it's not worth it in my opinion to buy OEM.

As I stated, if I have to go OEM, I'm just gonna ditch the shaker... in the end it is still just a GT.

The hood I have was like 600-ish. Honestly I'm willing to pay up to 900 shipped for a replacement if it's quality.

At this point I'd go Fiberglass even if it was the same price as OEM, but I'd prefer CF... no paint and it matches DSG almost perfectly in most light...

... I don't want a factory hood, thanks though. Also all the CF ones I see on E-Bay are the same brand I have on now. I haven't seen any fiberglass ones.

Also in case some one would want an OEM-ish hood 50resto has a knock off that's under 400 bucks brand new.
