Hey guys....I'm wanting to put a new set of wheels n tires on my '68 fastback, and am in need of help as to how big of tire I can get on the back without cutting the car up. How about some help with what size wheels and backspace will fit front and rear, and also maybe some pics of what your running. I'd like to see some different styles on cars. It's a restomod, so 16" or 17" is what I'm looking for with a wider tire in the back than in the front.
......Any help or input is appreciated!

Look for the 67-68 wheel fitment chart. Its a PDF file

As for different looks, www.tirerack.com has a nice interactive program showing various rims.

This is meant to compliment Dodgestang's chart. This is more of a style kinda database.

Nice to see people using the charts still. I haven't had time for any new ones lately.
