Hi guys,
New to the forum. Bought a 98 saleen cobra that was wrecked. Just got the car back from the bodyshop. Just had both drivers side and passenger side airbags installed. Cars is completely done except for the airbag blinking. Guys at bodyshop told me I need an airbag module and it needs programmed? All I need is a quick fix to stop the light from blinking. I just want to get the car inspected so I can get her on the road. Please help guys!!

There is a blue box under the dash and behind the radio on the tranny hump that needs to be replaced. Also you might need to replace the clock spring in the steering wheel. After all of that, your dealer can reset the light. As of right now,if you get into an accident, your bags will not deploy.

Question on light bulb

if you just want a real quick temporary fix for the "light", you can just take the bulb out. It is very simple to do.

Yes. That's all I need. I want this car on the road soooooo bad. So just remove the bulb out of the cluster??

Yes, that's what I did. just a couple of screws to take the cluster off and two harnesses snap off in the back. Once, I go to get mine fixed, I will put the bulbs back in.
